Check-in time 12pm & Check-out time 10am, unless prior arrangement is made. Please ring at least 30mins before arrival for gate code. Failure to do so may cause you inconvenience. Day Visitor Rate: $25 per person per day.

DEPOSIT Payment

A Form will be sent to you to complete payment process for Deposit. To secure requested dates and receive booking confirmation a deposit will be required.

Paying by credit card a 3% charge will be incurred to cover bank fees
Villa balance to be paid 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY, direct deposit available by arrangement
Payment Invoice will be sent to above-mentioned email address
Villa Deposit/ camping fees are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy

STANDARD TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

As the above signed, I agree to accept responsibility for any charges to my guest account. This includes
any damages caused by myself or invited guests.
I understand that I may be also held responsible for any damages caused to the Villa and/or property during my occupancy. I understand a fee will ALSO be charged for damage to, or loss of stock, furniture or fittings beyond normal use.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE OR UPSTAIRS VERANDAH OR IN BARN.
Dogs must have prior approval and be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES.
Lost property will be donated to charity if not notified or claimed with 14 days.
